The Harlem Children's Zone is applying lessons from studies that show that the verbal environment of children's early lives determine there success later in life. This meshes perfectly with the british study that showed people become who they're are in the first five years of life. I hope you guys will listen to this as it is inspiring and easily mimic with little or no funding. Here's a link:
