Barnett v Obama dismissed!
Judge Land in California tossed the suit, and suggested that Birther "attorney" Dr, Orly Taitz may have violated ethics regulations by encouraging her mouth-breathers to call and write the judge.
Nothing yet on her site, but I'm sure the claims of treason aren't far away.
Keep the faith.

The claims are already popping up at Freeperville and Red State.

I would just be happy to see her stop getting media attention. This crap makes me feel like we're living in a comic book.

Here is how some attorneys are kept under some kind of control.
When a civil suit is brought that has no objective cause of action, the judge can not only hit the plaintiff with costs AND ATTORNEY FEES, he or she can award those costs and attorney fees against the attorney who drew up the pleadings.
The problem here is that these wingnuts are financed by corporate pigs. The attorney has nothing to lose.
That is when the Board of Professional Responsibility is supposed to act and file charges against the offending attorney. All the evidence of media contact as well as wrting campaign against the judge are admissible in these proceedings.
This lady should be disbarred as well as all other attorneys who helped her on her way.
Fool me once, shame on YOU, fool me twice
AND YOU ARE DISBARRED.

Dick,
It's not that I enjoy being cynical, but "disbarred?" Are you serious? By the "Board of Professional Responsibility?" (Now where did I put that definition of oxymoron.)
Maybe if she'd brought a malpractice complaint against a fellow lawyer...

hahahahah. No, really, attorneys can get in real trouble and this lady is no huge brain and is not some big firmed giantess.
She is just trying to make a buck by workin the press.
Now the bozos who represented Oreilly against Franken were big boys. And O'Reilly's company could foot the bill, see. So Judgment on the Pleadings just went smooth without any hitches.
This lady is just funded by a bunch of wacko's. Hell the Judge threatened her with contempt and probably filed his own complaint with the local Board.
THE END
