Should Health Insurance Companies be treated as criminal enterprises?
When you consider the report on how many people die due to lack of health insurance, what percentage of those die because the health insurance companies refuse necessary treatment? If even one insured person dies who is insured but who does not receive the necessary care, why is it that the company is not liable? The truth is that every insurance company issuing health care insurance has made decisions that have resulted in deaths. Should we not treat these companies as criminal enterprises instead of having congressmen who are being supported financially by them make laws that benefit them? Should the congressmen who have accepted money from them be also considered as criminals?

I think this is a marvelous idea!

They are letting real criminals out of prisons & talking about putting people in jail for not having health insurance.
I believe every one who votes for this ridiculous health care reform should all go to jail.
The majority of American Citizens are not stupid. If this bill passes then there will be a new senate & congress overhaul.

I agree. The overhaul is way overdue. It starts with campaign finance reform, not the "reform" we have seen in the past which has done nothing. I have some thoughts on this and am working on a proposal that is somewhat radical, but one which has never been talked about... stay tuned...
