AP on Franken win
Tell me how this is unbiased:
What's happening to AP? Yuck!
By BRIAN BAKST, Associated Press Writer - Wed Jul 1, 9:24 am ETWow, so this is how it happened! See, Coleman called for a concession but Franken refused and chose courtroom haggling for 8 months, no less! But did Coleman refuse Franken's calls for a concession? Did Coleman choose courtroom haggling for 8 months? Hmm, I guess not, doesn't say so anywhere in the article.
ST. PAUL, Minn. - Al Franken refused his rival's calls for an election night concession last November, choosing instead to begin vote counting and courtroom haggling that stretched almost eight months and ultimately landed him a seat in the U.S. Senate.
What's happening to AP? Yuck!

Please remind AP, Fox News, The Wall Street Journal et al that the vote count was within a narrow enough margin and the Minnesota constitution required that votes be recounted.
Also, uncounted votes brought in by COLEMAN resulted in an increase for Franken.

This isn't unusual for the Associated Press. I'm always reluctant to click on a link to a story by the AP. If it's something no one else is covering, I'll read it but that's rarely the case.
