Has anyone else noticed the ads that are popping up on TPM? Health Insurance Companies et al...
I have seen ads for Medco and others I can't remember right now. How is this happening?
Oh... and does anyone else find it a little creepy having Indiana Jones peering over your shoulder?
That's it for now... I'm just trying to stay involved.
THANKS to all, for the good wishes and good karma sent my way over the past few weeks, and again sorry for weak participation here on TPM.

I hadn't even noticed those were health insurance ads. You know, a while back I noticed ads for body armor and guns when gun-control posts were up. I couldn't really care less, though it's funny to see them effectively fund their opposition. Ha!

I think it is google driven. If you click on a lot of blogs about healthcare, you see a lot of ads for healthcare
Sometimes I click on Israel blogs and get ads for Jewish singles. Kinda creepy, really.

Weird. Maybe we should all get together and do only cheezeburger posts for a week, and see whether any 'free cheezeburger' ads come up. Where's the puppy...?

I was silly enough to fill out one of those surveys Josh asked us to complete. I've always wondered if that was why I was getting ads that seemed so personal. But google can do this, too? Interesting.
