I agree with tammanycall, and this point was made by Josh M. before the FBI decided to investigate. The fraud is perpetrated against ACORN - they are the ones paying for false registrations. Daffy Duck never shows up to the polls to vote. This isn't a conspiracy to stuff ballot boxes - it's a scheme by a few unethical workers to make some quick cash and run.

I'm not necessarily taking issue with your argument, but I would recommend including the facts as they are, and then disputing the implications.

From a New York Times article about Ayers and the group he helped form:
"A 1970 pipe bomb in San Franscisco attributed to the group killed one police office and severely hurt another... And in 1981, in an armed robbery of a Brinks armored truck in NY that involever Weather Underground members (not Ayers), two police officers and a guard were killed... in his memoir, Ayers was evasive as to which bombings he had a hand in."

I'm surprised the AP didn't report on whether the GOP planned to use the list of flagged voters to challenge their identities at the polls. I worked at my locak BOE in 2006, and there are a number of reasons for government databases not to match that have nothing to do with voter eligibility. Mainly: typos.
