Josh has a post linking a CQ article that tries to make a case for Newt Gingrich as a reasonable choice to be nominated for HHS since Daschle is out.  I have an alternative proposal - Newt for head of Morons Hall of Fame. Or Hypocrites Hall of Fame head if the Morons thing can't be worked out.  Other suggestions for a good place for Newt to practice his skills (or what passes for skill) are welcome.
