		        <![CDATA[<p>That could be because there were a bunch of Obama Voter Protection volunteers stationed at assigned Wards looking out for suppression efforts.  I was one of them.  The Ward I was stationed at ran smoothly thanks to well trained, friendly, and efficient poll workers.  At one point, a WI DOJ attorney stopped in with two individuals who didn't identify who they were representing(which the Chief Election Inspector didn't really appreciate).  The DOJ attorney asked me a couple of questions and then moved on.  I observed the whole day and no voter was challenged and no provisional ballots were necessary.  I do wonder what might have happened if I wasn't there.  It sounds like a few other wards might not have been quite as sedate.</p>]]>
