Is there some level of torture below the torturing of toddler's testicles that you agree to?

we will clearly continue to disagree on this. This has nothing to do with what torture I agree or disagree with. This is simply a question of whether the US committed such terrible torture.
I guess I will continue to be obtuse and wait for proof.
You can continue to think that just because Yoo said that we have the legal right to do so, we must have done it.
