Tick, tock. Tick, tock. How long until the fuse on the TORTURE OF TODDLER'S TESTICLES burns down and ignites a blast that blows the lid completely off the Bush administration torture regime?
I'm doing my part, having coined the phrase, as well as propagating as much as possible. You may google the expression torture toddler testicles (without even using QUOTES around it!) to get an idea of the good work I've done on this subject.

Since this policy of torturing the testicles of toddlers is still THE LAW of the land (see, Yoo, John), which intrepid reporter will suggest using it against the individuals in the banking system (now being investigated by TERRORIST INVESTIGATION teams pulled off foreign duty)?
We might get to the bottom of the corruption in the banking industry a little sooner if we take the KIDS of the TERRORIST BANKERS and apply a little pressure to their dangling jiggly bits (while the parents are forced to watch). Otherwise, the attack we fear most, may come in the form of a TOTAL meltdown and implosion of our ENTIRE SOCIETY.

Tim - I asked you this once before but didn't get an answer - what proof do you have the the US has tortured toddlers' testicles?
I've read the John Yoo testimony which is more of a legal and philosophical argument on the topic.
But what evidence do you have that the US has actually been commtting such horrible acts?

A question like that, specific as it was, would not be asked in the polite company of politicians and television (CSPAN) audiences were there not some evidence that it had already occurred.
Yoo would have responded quickly with, "Of course such a thing would be illegal and barbaric." He didn't, and couldn't do so, because the Preznit and his staff would be subject to immediate arrest.
Review Yoo's answer. I see prima facie evidence of EXTREME TORTURE AND INHUMANITY predating the torture confessions that Bush and Cheney have since made. And it is helpful if you focus on 'since' made, because until they were eventually 'outed' the torturers denied even thinking about it.....
mutant troops out of control.....a butch bitch and her boyfriend.....both CONVICTED of much lesser war crimes.....ORDERED by their commanders.
First they weren't torturing and now they're PROUD they did! Confession is not a substitute for incarceration.

Sorry Tim - call me a simpleton - but I like to start with evidence that such torture has actually occurred.
I did read Yoo's answer. I'm not sure I jump to the same conclusion you did. There's been a lot of exploratory discussion about what the legal limits would permit. But I don't categorize that as actually committing such horrible acts.
I'd like to see some actual evidence that these acts were committed before jumping to conclusions
