Top Ten Reasons to Impeach Cheney

Ample rationale now exists to impeach Richard B. Cheney. Following are the ten best reasons for impeachment.  This set of reasons is presented in the clear form of the Bill of Rights.  The ten amendments are listed in reverse order (X to I) to reflect the gravity of the Vice President's betrayal of our Constitution.

Because Vice President Cheney has unlawfully violated the rights of the American people, it is now the urgent responsibility of Congress to uphold and to defend the Constitution. It is their charge and solemn oath to faithfully represent our interests as the People. We remind Congress that the power and authority of the federal government of the United States does not come from the several states, or even the people of the several states, but from an entity identified as the People of the United States of America. Therefore, we, the People, demand the immediate support of H Res 333 calling for the impeachment of Vice President Richard B. Cheney.  Supporting documents for H Res 333 may be accessed here.

This is to gratefully acknowledge BuzzFlash.com for the idea of a contest for the ten best reasons for impeachment and the contest winner B. Dunn for submitting the Bill of Rights.
