Bush.  Yes, the man who claimed a vast amount of 'political capital' at the beginning of his second term seems to have been the guinea pig for his own scheme.

So, the question is, what kind of fabulous return has Mr. Bush reaped from all of the 'political capital' he has invested in privatization?  A look at a recent poll provides the answer.

If this is any indication of future performance, these private accounts are extremely risky.  Give me a bunch of worthless IOUs any day of the week!  At least they don't lose value at such a fast rate...

P.S.  Georgie, please keep harping on this --I love hearing that FOOP sound that accompanies the in-rush of (polluted) air as your support disappears (the only sound that will bring me more pleasure will be QUACK).
