      <![CDATA[<p>Who is the only person to have invested a substantial amount in private accounts?&nbsp; The answer is obvious: George W. Bush.&nbsp; Yes, the man who claimed a vast amount of 'political capital' at the beginning of his second term seems to have been the guinea pig for his own scheme.</p><p>So, the question is, what kind of fabulous return has Mr. Bush reaped from all of the 'political capital' he has invested in privatization?&nbsp; A look at a <a href="http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/05/25/opinion/polls/main697825.shtml" target="_blank">recent poll</a> provides the answer.</p><p>If this is any indication of&nbsp;future performance, these private accounts are extremely risky.&nbsp; Give me a bunch of worthless IOUs any day of the week!&nbsp; At least they don't lose value at such a fast rate...</p><p>P.S.&nbsp; Georgie, please keep harping on this --I love hearing that<em> FOOP </em>sound that accompanies the in-rush of (polluted) air as your support disappears (the only sound that will bring me more pleasure will be <strong><em>QUACK</em></strong>).</p>]]>
