Biden said the administration had misread how bad the economy was.
This in spite of the prior administration obligating taxpayers to over a trillion dollars to fix it.
I guess it depends on your definition of bad.

That's just Joe doing his Joe Biden loose-lips "honesty" thing. Hard to tell how much of it is orchestrated as "testing the water" for more formal comments and positioning from the top.

I'm all for honesty but if the administration or the government doesn't have a firm idea of how bad things are where does that leave us? And what does it say about the actions taken so far? Were they correct etc. Even now, I'm not sure treasury got a comprehensive look at the overall balance sheet of our major financial institutions in order to properly gauge what actions are (were) necessary.
