Major Problems Found with Iraq War Spending

Being a vet this one naturally caught my eye.

When I read that the taxpayer had gotten whacked $30 million for a new dining hall I knew immediately something was wrong. There is just no way a dining hall costs $30 million. Even in a war zone the price is probably inflated by four or five times anything associated with the real cost plus a hefty profit.

Between the way Wall Street, in association with our idiot government, has ripped us off and the way the Bush administration has stolen us blind it's a sure bet that if all the crap that has gone on were truly known the immensity of the criminal activity would have a lot of people in jail for the rest of their natural lives.

I'm afraid the corruption in our government is beyond redemption or repair. The ethical breakdown exists in every nook and cranny of government of all three branches. Our government just does not serve the people of this country in any way shape or form. Not in this administration and not in the prior administration.

I've said it before and I say again. There is an undeniable need for a complete isolation between business and government. The idea that a corporation is the same as a citizen has got to be challenged and undone. Each of these things are based on whopper lies and are central to the repeated harm visited upon our country. The Bush administration, with the groundwork having been laid well before, flung the door wide open for this and so far Obama has done little to close it with sparse indication it will be. You can be 100% sure that the bad things that have occurred of late will continue. The American people are in the crosshairs of not just foreign terror groups but groups right here at home who have a far greater opportunity to harm us.
