The voters aren't going to want to hear your whining about how someone else is to blame. Bush inherited a recession also, plus there was 9/11, the real estate bust, 2 wars, the financial crash and still for 7.5 years of his 8 years in office we had positive GDP growth, low unemployment, low inflation. So what's the problem, Obama was the smartest man in the world, why are things so much worse and getting worse every day?

Oh, that would be the MILITARY, fool.

The reason to 'fear' trial in the US is the fact that under our laws it will be impossible to convict him. Since he was not mirandized, and the soldiers apprehending him did not have warrants, and he had no access to lawyers while the military questioned him, none of that evidence is admitable. In addition, there is the issue of trial being delayed for years, a constitutional issue, and the matter of seating a jury in NYC that is impartial, highly unlikely. Add to that the prejudicial comments by the president and the AG and a 2nd year law student could get an acquittal.

You blog is a typical bunch of left wing garbage and just plain stupidity. You write:

Palin will sexualize herself but we are bad if we notice.
--> And how did she sexualize herself? Because she is attractive? To be taken seriously must a woman look like Hilary Clinton or Madie Allbright? That's a very progressive position for you to take.

She puts her children in front of the camera, but we are bad if we talk about them.
--> Again idiot, how did she put her children in front of the camera? Did they do press conferences, hit the campaign trail and give speeches? Did they do anything that Obama's kids didn't do? So we should talk about them as well right? Speculate on who their 'real' parents are? If they are sexually active? Are they pregnant? I guess we should talk about them getting knocked up like Lettermen did about Sarah's 14 yr old, wouldn't that be classy?

She wants to be in the media spotlight, but she criticizes the media.
--> The classic statement of idiocy. She ran for and held political office. Before the national media discovered her and attacked her, she was the most popular governor in the country. The media attacked her from day one, instantly speculating whether she was the mother of her child, digging for dirt and spreading lies and rumors. Of course she would criticize the media, they deserve it. They behave like jackals, out to destroy anyone they view as an enemy of their liberal agenda. You talk about the photo of Palin in Newsweek. They searched for the most degrading picture they could find. How many pictures of Obama smoking have you seen? Damn few if any, yet he is a heavy smoker. But just as FDR was never seen in a wheelchair, Obama is never seen smoking. Palin is shown in super close up, unretouched, and Obama is shown with key lighting and perfect retouching. The MSM deserves the scorn she has shown them for being no less biased and just as ignorant as you.

The AP complains about Obama not being left enough, but it would be hard to call it criticism. Why no fact checking of the other books? Why the slanting of the photos? Why the censorship of the letters at Newsweek? Funny you ignored all that.

A plan like you are advocating is readily available for anyone to purchase now, and they cost about $50 per month. So what is the reason we need gov't involvement? People can afford medical insurance in most cases, they just choose not to because they have other priorities. Smoking, drinking, going to concerts, buying CD's, cable tv, cell phones - all take precedence with most young people over health insurance. There are very few who actually cannot afford some type of plan, especially a catastrophic coverage plan. They just want someone else to pay for it.

The truth is Bush server in the Tx ANG, Obama never served in any fashion. Bush ran businesses, ran the state of Texas, and Obama ran his mouth. You talk of his 'intelligence' as if it were a fact, based I suppose on his attending schools like Harvard and Columbia. Schools with professors in the news for assaulting the police and punching a woman in a bar fight - clearly a high academic standard. These 'elite' institutions have long ago become PC bastions. Just being a leftist that hates America is enough to get a degree nowadays.

Obama's experience is limited to running his mouth, telling people how things should be because he thinks he is just so smart he knows everything.

You are a typical uninformed, lying liberal. It was the constant barrage of unfounded ethics complaints from liberal activists that made her decide to leave so the state could conduct real business. Republicans should show a similar disregard for the law and swamp every elected democrat with the same types of charges. I'm sick and tired of playing nice while democrats play hardball. What ever happened to the 'serious' charges against Tom Delay? Nothing, because they still can't make a case, and they knew they never could. It was simply democrat political dirty tricks to misuse the law as a political weapon.

This line was just a classic "Notice also the conflation of journalists with political operatives. That's what Palin is now calling fact-checking of her book by AP reporters" -- When did the AP launch an army of investigators to "fact check" Obama's books? or Bidens? Or any democrat? This conflation of journalist/political operative has been in the making since the 70's. The MSM is simply now the propaganda wing of the DNC.

Funny how there are no 'death panels' in this national health care plan, but there are in every other national health care plan that has ever been enacted. Just like abortion wasn't covered in it, until the Stupak amendment was added then abortion rights people went nuts. Odd, since Obama assured us abortion was not allowed in the bill before that amendment was added, so it should have been redundant.

The UK has a death panel, and a 'pathway' that people are placed on that leads to denial of care and their demise. Obama himself implied that an elderly woman might not qualify for expensive treatment, that a pain pill would be just as good for her. If you think when the gov't pays all the bills and calls all the shots they won't ration care you are a fool.
