Obama has assured us that if he had been a Senator like Clinton he would have voted against the authorization to use force in Iraq. He also assures us that if he had been at Munich in 1939 he would not have given away half of Czechoslovakia like Chamberlain. Good to know.

I think he was because it was a merely symbolic resolution like a sympathy card with no money and no action. The congress needs to stop wasting taxpayers' time.

I think the big surprise of this story for me was, "And were you worried about Obama's Middle East policy positions when he came to campaign for you in Connecticut?"
I didn't remember that Obama didn't support the Democrat in that election. Disappointing.

My comment is that many lobbyists must have earned inter-state commercial driving licenses since they seem to be driving the Strait Talk Express. Let's hope it's a short trip for these Long-Haul Lobbyists.

I don't think we'll need Barr's help to win the presidency, but he might attract the anti-McCain Republicans who need to vote for someone else.

My comment is that it's surprising they had to make the point explicitly that the interview would be "softball". The admin knows its media base.
