Ultra Super Nuclear Option?
It may just be because I am a tad tipsy, but a scary thought went through my mind on this night of jubilation for Obama.
Step 1) Give indications through campaign people that she will officially concede if Florida and Michigan are seated "as is". Once Dean announces they will seat Florida and Michigan and the delegate proportions, they wont be able to take it back.
Step 2) Hillary doesn't concede and uses the newfound relative closeness of the delegate gap to persuade Obama's supers and uncommitted supers to join her side.
Step 3) Profit.
This sounds unlikely to me, but it just seems like she will never quit even if there is a sliver of hope. Please tell me I'm drunk and hallucinating.
