Actually, the artist is a born-again Christian (though not of the neocon flavor) with a sense of humor who can't even have a beer without getting laid up in bed for a few days due to severe stomach problems.

The unicorn looks kinda pissed off. Maybe because s/he has to wear that American Airlines uniform, (a unicorn uniform?). Or is it an Alcoholics Anonymous uniform? Nah... alcoholics seldom wear uniforms.
