"He's a N***er!" Audible at Palin Rally
Palin at Iowa rally-- it's quite audible at about 37 seconds in. Palin clearly hears it, stumbles in her speech, and keeps going. She must have some inkling at this point that she's become a horrible person.

If you've ever done public speaking in front of big crowds, it's very hard to hear that stuff when you're up on the podium. Just because the person filming it happens to pick it up on their microphone doesn't mean that you could hear it from the podium.

And Andrew Sullivan, after listening to it more carefully, says the person is saying "Redistributor!" But look at her reaction. It's clear that she heard something that unsettled her, but didn't want to deviate from her text.
Given all the racist anger that she and McKKKain have stoked, it's not at all surprising that someone at one of those rallies would yell out the N-word-- look at what Ashley Todd did. What's telling is Palin's response-- she stumbles, but plows on, because that's all she can think of to do.
