Rachel Maddow Topless (sort of)

First of all, I am a complete Rachel Maddow fan. I admire her intellect, her wit, and most of all, her sense of what a true journalist is and does.

This is something that struck me as interesting. Now, I don't that I don't think of myself as conservative in terms of dress or sexist in terms of fashion, but am I the only one who thinks Maddow should wear a shirt or blouse under the blazer? A man would never wear a jacket without a top underneath, right?

I mean, unless you're Bollywood film star Amar Akbar Anthony.

Anyone want to see Wolf Blitzer with a neckline that low?

Give me a break. Until I read this post... I never gave it a second thought. If she wants to be a sexy, smart, witty, reporter... more power to her...

Look at the reporters on Fox and so many other stations... at least it's natural and not cheesy.

And besides you don't really know 'what' she has on under that blazer.

I think she's wearing a low camisole top under that blazer (burgundy, in this instance), and that's something I do a lot when I wear a suit, so I don't get your point.

It's what comes out of her mouth that matters to me.

I clicked on this diary because the headline made me go . . wtf?

After reading it I'm still at wtf?

Did you look at the video, though, and the nearly schoolmarmish outfit being critcized here?

Then you'd *REALLY* be wtf?

Who rec'd this, and why, one wonders.

user-pic

Yes I did look at the video and I suppose I should have mentioned that.

I think you've got issues, to put it bluntly.

Huh!!

I think you have X-ray eyes!
(we are all envious...)
