I made a point to count Obama vs. McCain signs today when I had to make a trek that took me through a good part of the Triangle. I counted three Obama signs vs 42 McCain signs. Maybe McCain has a better ground grew here, or maybe they are pulling signs, but it terrified me. My stomach hurts when I think about the possibility of the republicans pulling this off. Oh, I should mention that I also counted 13 confederate battle flags along the way.

I don't have a lot of money, hell, I'm flat broke to be frank, but I sucked it up on this one. Every time I see that horrible creature's face (Bachmann) it reinforces how important it is that once and for all us Dems take back control over decency and integrity. She's a nasty piece of work. I think I'll donate again now, as it's gotten me riled up just talking about it. What a ignorant, dangerous woman.

Maybe she and that blond thing on the view can do some kind of right wing nut show together. To be honest, if I never saw her face again, or heard her voice, or saw her kids, or husband again it would be just fine with me. What a nasty piece of history that the republicans are leaving us with her.

My mom will call me every night and talk about how much she dislikes McCain/Palin and I'm sitting there like... 'okay, so vote for obama!' I guess it's the bradley effect to some extent. I tried explaining that to her... she kept saying something like: " what do you mean there is a law that white people won't vote for a black man? " so, well, at least I tried.

they called my mom tonight. just so you know, I live in a statistical nightmare. My mom won't vote for Obama because he's black, and my sister is voting for McCain because of Palin. Welcome to my nightmare.
