40,000 more troops would go a long way to fixing that place up. Fix it up nice.
Plant some grass... straighten up them crooked lil tombstones they use... maybe we could even spring for a few hundred of those plastic buckets you can hang off the stone, for people to put flowers in.
You'll see. It'll be nice. Real nice.

And that image was made before the US invaded Afghanistan to give it some context. Another image from his series taken there. Interesting use of the Gettysburg address, which some might construe in a manner in which you may not have intended.
