Hand [?] outs
Given that the initial draft of the bailout legislation basically said "give us the money, and then piss off" (and even the longer draft seems to amount to that), it's no surprise that the guys in overcoats are asking for their own piece to get them through a "soft" (dare I say flaccid?) market.

Seashell, I delay again out of stupidity. This video is great. I saw it on cable last nite. I do not have sound on the pc. I commented there how engaging this guy can be talking about peach cobbler. Thanks for pointing this out.
