Powell Out Against Bush Torture
Bush's bill will endanger the troops.
I sincerely hope to hear some aggressive use of this by the minority. This is a gift from above. And good for Powell. He sold his soul at the UN, and now he's trying to buy it back. This won't do it, but it's a down payment.
