Subsequently, he has been an upstanding citizen committed to non-violence and a well-known and -respected philantrophist in the Chicago area and nationally. He has long been a distinguished professor of Education at the University of Chicago. He criticized the Weatherman organization and its methods in his autobiographical book. Anything else?
