Accidental humor from Superbowl-losing coach
From the LA Times:
After all, when the President of the most powerful nation on Earth wants to reach out and touch somebody, ways and means are found.
Nice callI wonder if this guy had been paying attention the last eight years as the government displayed the ability to conduct illegal surveillance on everybody in the freakin' world. And they did so with the assistance of the telecom companies, that received immunity from the Congress (including Obama).
President Obama was rooting for Pittsburgh, but that didn't stop him from making a congratulatory call to Arizona Coach Ken Whisenhunt. Obama made the call a day after the Cardinals were beaten by the Steelers in the Super Bowl.
Whisenhunt said the call came after he returned to his home Monday afternoon. "He called my cellphone. I don't know how they got my number," Whisenhunt said. "I was humbled and I was stunned." (emphasis added)
After all, when the President of the most powerful nation on Earth wants to reach out and touch somebody, ways and means are found.

Or he could have called his home:
Obama: Hello, this President Barak Obama is Ken home?
Answer: Umm, OH MY GOD! No sir Mr President, wow this is so cool, but you can get him on his cell. Do you need the number?
Obama: Probably not, but give it to me anyway.

Because you must use the buttons at the top of the editor box or switch to HTML mode by clicking the button at the far right.

Dear Padre:
Here's how to fix your blog. Go to your dashboard and click "blog now." Then look for "entries" and below that "manage" and then click on this here blog under manage. And voila! You will have a window for this blog. Then..... very important, take out the html stuff that you have in there. Then, highlight the place you want to "quote." And click the place with the little arrow going to the right. That will indent what you want to quote. And when you preview, it should look the way you want!
Any questions, just ask. And I extend a plenary indulgence on top of that!
