(Write) An Open Letter to Speaker Pelosi
Dear Speaker Pelosi:
Dear Speaker Pelosi:
Your entitlement pisses me off. So do your (generally) misguided posts and your reliance, like the remainder of the MSM, on Drudge.
But today, this is the topper: "It doesn't matter whether you support Obama or Hillary, it's got to give you pause that the leading Democrat in the race (at least in terms of delegates) can't handle these predictable attacks more effectively."
Seriously, WTF? Have you been paying attention?

Between now
and November, is there any realistic chance of reconciliation in Iraq?
By the time the election rolls around, McCain's certainty regarding
Iraq and the "success" of the "surge" won't be a strength, it'll be a
weakness. The domestic calm we're experiencing because the violence
against American soldiers has become "tolerable" will be replaced by a
renewed understanding that the war was never won, and that progress
(however many times David Brooks suggests it) isn't just another short
six months away.
Obama’s fundraising totals following Super Tuesday – a mere 6.5 Million since the polls closed! – do demand a reconsideration of this underdog nonsense. Simply put, it’s time Obama claim the mantel of frontrunner. He’s dominating the media at this point, finding great help in Clinton’s admission of financial stress, and it may prove to his advantage to suggest that his candidacy is being given a grassroots mandate. The primary/caucus events on the horizon play to his strengths, and presenting a cautious—hopefully humble—position of leadership might just shift the narrative from “surprising insurgent” to the “David who slew Goliath.”
