Question about the dashboard

I'm wondering if there is any way to make changes to your dashboard preferences, or making a suggestion about a possible change. I know some people like to follow many people. I prefer to keep my dashboard relatively clean and use it when I'm busy to keep up with a small number of people. Sometimes I just don't have time to do more than that. I wonder if there's is any way to remove someone you are following if you feel that their out put has lowered in quality and is just clogging up your dashboard. I really think a "stop following" option should be included, after all it is called "my TPM dashboard."

kat, all you have to do is click the person you are following that you no longer want to follow, and under their avatar, in their bio, where it says "Following", click that once and you will no longer follow them.

Much like you can do at Facebook, by scrolling down your friend's page and selecting the "Remove From Friends" option on the left hand side.

There is always an out option.

ah, great, the follow me button is a toggle. I've been hesitant to follow people because I didn't want to make a endless commitment. (what does that say about any possible fear of commitment? Don't tell that to any of my girlfriends.) Thanks for the info.

I didn't know that LisB. Of course I do not know a lot of things. Ha

Lis knows useful things.

On a tangent, the Dashboard could be made more useful. Now there is a very limited number of entries it supports, so if you follow many and they are posting a lot of comments, you quickly lose track of even recent comments. The Dashboard could also track replies to your own comments as a separate page/section on the Dashboard. That would make it easy to keep a conversation going.
