If I lved in CT, I know what I would do to relieve myself of my hatred of JOE. Every time I had a full bag of garbage, I would go to his local offices and leave it there outside the door. I would continue to do every time I had a full bag and hope others would join me...Is this productive, probably not, but I would feel better with each bag of garbage! I loved watching every Saturday The Soupy Sales Show. It certainly influenced my sense of humor and personal growth developement! White Fang and Black Tooth and the many other characters on the show made my saturdays a delight! Even when he ran into trouble for showing his middle finger at his show's sponsors, it was all in good fun!

Thank you for being ever so clear and correct to draw the line in the sand, House Progressives! I am committed to do everything I can to de-throne any blue dog or conservadem in the Senate if they do not support a public option.
In my mind, there are only two possibilities for what is going on politically; (1: Obama is willingly to spend some capital and draw every fucking republican out until they actually vote against health care reform so clearly the blame will rest on any politician who blocks it or (2: he has already dealt away the public option and wants to salvage anything he can so health care reform gets thru the Senate and he can then claim victory.
Obama is the ultimate communicator and speech giver so why are we dangling everyday on what the fuck is the message. Let's assume Obama is the most honest and ethical man to be President so why isn't he taking control and serving the people who elected him to office while the GOP Senators can go out and speak lies and utilize the most unethical talking points of fear and pandering. Obama still praises these GOP hacks as working hard for health care reform.
I don't see any other scenarios that explain this constant message battle w/in his White House and he inability to articulate his "line drawn in the sand". What do you think?

As is been widely reported today, that the President's COS wants to stop ads being run against the foes of health care reform, all I can say is FUCK YOU, Rahm and the Blue Dogs you help elected to the House. Rahm, is this the hope and change that your boss promised? My congressman, Rep. Heath Shuler refuses to confirm or deny that he is living at the "C" Apts as has been widely reported. The article on TPM declared that he will keep this information private. One poster on TPM declared that they recognize his vehicle is parked there nightly. It is a black SUV with license plates NC-11 (his distrcit in NC) and a bright orange T sticker on the back. If you get a chance, please take a picture of his car so it can be published. He needs to not keep his secret going and not letting his district know that he lives there and if he has joined "The Family". Please help!

I would like to verify the documentation concerning this donation as to when it was returned and under what circumstances. You know things like visitor logs to and from Baucus' office, mail records, canceled check, bank statements, letters from the Dear senator. If any false or fuzzy things come to light, then demand an ethnics investigation must occurr. I just don't trust slime and his words or statements are meaningless.

While the debate continues on the most important issue before Congress, why is TPM failing to cover the ins and outs of this debate. I'd like to see reporting on following the money trail of the Senators who are not in favor of a public plan option, the deals that are going on behind closed doors and the caving into the republican Senators and Bule Dogs who are gaming against the public's best interest. Why no coverage TPM?

Folks the forecast for the next few weeks is that we have a huge shit storm coming with the final weeks of deals and debate on health care. Money is controlling the Senate and money is winning! When necessary, please plan to take cover as the shit storm hits with bullshit stories about the deals and contributions grabbing from us the option for a public plan. Do not fail to trace the money back to each Senator and watch how they vote and what spin they put on it. I urge all of you to be agressive and fight for the only real chance we have to take health care out of the hands of corrupt insurance companies and put it into our hands and doctors we are being treated by. I am approaching retirement in the next few years and I am committing myself to dog each one of these bastards that throws a public plan choice out of the mix and do all I can to get back at these so called public servants that will sell us out!

Today I am disgusted that my government is violating a trust I hold dear to my heart. No one is above the law. That crimes against people who were tortured were caried out in my country's name. I am a citizen of this country and I do not accept torture as a policy of my government. That elected government officials who are responsible will escape prosecution and not be put under oath and be examined for their crimes. There will be no official record of our government's actions of war crimes is not acceptable. One of our victims was picked at age 14 and has been tortured for over seven years. My President, who is constitutional lawyer, believes that these crimes should go away as a time for reflection not retribution. I ask you Mr. President to carry out your oath and discharge your responsibilities. Laws of this country and of international law have been violated and demand your being accountable to see that justice being met. This is wrong and I demand that justice be carried out. Mr. President, you told us to let you know when we think you are wrong and Mr. President you are wrong!

I challenge everyone to stop and consider the plight of mental health professionals who are facing the tough times and trying to do the impossible of helping people who can't cope any longer. My heart breaks everytime I read of another trajedy of senseless killings. We need to demand a new level of funding from the public and private sectors to fund mental health services at levels needed in every community across this country. Public support is at a bear bones level and the private sector (insurance companies) are not reimbursing at all or at a below a break even level. We need to address this crisis now and see that our communities support mental health professionals who are at a breaking point of demands that exceed resources. Mad magazine had a cartoon back in my early years where a guy was holding up a sign that said "Support mental health or I'll kill you". This is our sad state of today where it seems everyone we hear of another mass killing or murders caused by people at their breaking point. I urge everyone to contact your government officials art every level to support and demand mental health services now! Your town or neighborhood could be next!

With the annoucement of Gov. Sanford and of any other Governor who plans to reject or turn down the provisions and/or funding of Economic Recovery Plan, it is time for President Obama to act for the middle class and for the hurting people by turning down any request for a waiver(s). The decisions of these Governors will hurt people who are already hurting...it is an immoral act in my opinion.

Mr. President, you have to work with the Republicans and Blue Dog Democrats in Congress and practice bi-partianship there but now you must act for the people who need you the most, be the leader you promised to be and back Rep. Clyburn who is stepping out front in SC to lead your causes. Don't let us down while these anti-middle class politicians attempt to block relief and hope for many people needing to believe in you!

So glad to report that Rep. Heath Shuler(D-NC) tops Speaker Pelosi's list. This is great news for Shuler who is the worst of blue dogs in the House. Here's the link to the report.

I guess Shuler is too busy raising funds for his Senate run in 2010 as a republican to keep current on legislation for the greatest need of the middle class of America. Hell, he can't keep up during the three weeks this bill was being debated and bouncing between the house and senate. He makes it sound like it was drafted in one night and he was demanded to vote on it immediately.
