China and Zipingpu
Last year's
7.9 earthquake in southern China has left hundreds of unanswered
questions - including close to 7,000 students dead from collapsed
schools. The Chinese government silences, bullies and arrests parents
who question or protest. Were the schools a result of shoddy
construction, of government-graft? And was the quake caused by improper
engineering at the nearby Zipingpu Dam, which weakened the local fault?
