<p>The governor of a state that gets far more federal money flowing back than it pays in complaining about federal spending?</p>

		        <![CDATA[<p>I love the yeoman's work being done with these updates, but I'm not certain that much can be made from the phrase "it is unclear at this stage whether Contestants will succeed on the merits of their case."</p>

<p>I'm no lawyer (don't play one on TV either) but isn't injunctive relief provided in advance of a court decision if the court believes that it's going to be a slam dunk?  That Coleman's case doesn't meet that high bar doesn't mean that he's destined to lose.  </p>

<p>Although given the quality of Coleman's case (and lawyers) that certainly appears to be the case.  </p>]]>

<p>Cross those "T's" and dot those "i's"...and force Coleman to hang his hat on arguments so flimsy that even Scalia et. al couldn't bring themselves to reverse.</p>]]>

<p>But as possession is 9/10 of the law, I am afraid that seating the declared winner on a provisional basis would cast a heavy shadow over the court challenge (regardless of its merits).</p>

<p>My solution...place a fire under the benches that those judges are sitting on, and have them slap down any attempted abuse of the system post haste.</p>]]>
