Fox News Poll Evidence Fox is Nothing But GOP Affiliated Brainwashers, as the White House Suggests

Why is the White House Still Attacking Fox News?

The White House escalated its offensive against Fox News on Sunday by urging other news organizations to stop "following Fox" and instead join the administration's attempt to marginalize the channel.

The White House is still attacking Fox News, 10 days after its original comments. Why?

....no choice, because the White House is telling the truth?

Interesting the choices they have on the poll...

Doesn't that prove all by itself that they don't even pretend to be fair and balanced?

user-pic

Can't think out of the 'cult mindset box' as the recent posting on the GOP and cults noted, talk about a 'unbiased', 'fair and balanced' poll, this must have been written by either Roger Ailes, Karl Rove or Alfred E. Neuman himself.

I am convinced even in the poorest village of the most remote rice paddy of the 3rd world there are no dumber people than those Americans who are devoted believers in Fox News.

user-pic

What exactly is the problem you have with Fox? Sure, they lean right, but NBC,CBS, ABC all lean very left, and MSNBC and CNN are flat out communist. So what is your point? That no opinion right of Mao is allowed? Obama and his admin look stupid, petty, and scared by whining like little sissies about mean old Fox. The real joke is that Obama's CD was mad that Fox dared to fact check them. How dare they call us on our lies? The outrage! And this is the guy that is going to stand up to Putin, AlQuaeda, Chavez, Iran, N Korea? HA! He's afraid of Chris Wallace.

user-pic

Toothless Chihuahua, who do you think wrote the poll:

a. Roger Ailes
b. Karl Rove
c. Rupert Murdoch
d. Alfred E. Neuman

user-pic

...CBD, oh, and if you don't recall, your fearless 'Bring 'em On' hero George W. Bush was in office when, for the first time in history, North Korea was giving Bush/Cheney and the USA the big middle finger as the dictator kicked out the UN observers and cameras Clinton had put in, and then Kim Il Jong started blowing off nuclear weapons like a kid on the 4th of July.

No big deal, at least George W. got Saddam's gun.

And Kim got nuclear weapons. While George W. was playing the tough guy to idiots like you.

Additionally, after sending thousands of Americans to their deaths in Iraq, a guy throws his shoes at Bush and is treated as a hero not only in Iraq but in that conservative bastion, Switzerland.

user-pic

If you think NK was not developing weapons years before Bush you simply don't understand what it takes to build a weapons program. It does not happen overnight, especially in a poor country like NK.

user-pic

George W. Bush was 'standing up' to NK by letting them remove the previously monitored plutonium from their fission reactor, construct, and test nuclear weapons?

An example of a the GOP cult thinking in action, George W. Bush made no mistakes. Nuclear explosions on the Korean peninsula notwithstanding.

user-pic

You know what it is ridiculous here is that the people who keep bringing up Mao and Hitler are the most associated with the pseudo-christian mafia, 'the Family' led by David Coe speaks of these two leaders as admirable. It's ridiculous.

There is the pc mafia and the neocons playing sick and dangerous games with the public and it's sick and twisted. The evidence that they are operating at a lower world view overall is clearer day by day.

user-pic

Actually it was Obama's CD that brought up Mao, when she said he was her favorite political philosopher. I can't imagine the uproar if someone from the Bush admin had said Hitler was his favorite political thinker.

user-pic

Actually Coe leader of 'The Family' informing people such as Ensign, Sanford, and the like admires Hitler and Mao, it's on tape.

user-pic

Is he in the Gov't? NO. She is.

user-pic

When confronted with facts, these guys just try to deflect and move on to another subject. We all know the nukes were not made overnight, but we also know that had we not been in an idiotic "war" in Iraq, we might have been able to do something about NK. Sheesh, you're about as bright as a bulldog! You're not from Georgia, are you? Hahaha!

user-pic

Tell me what you would have done to NK. Go ahead, spell it out

user-pic

Again, you've reiterated my point very eloquently. We cannot do much about North Korea because our military couldn't fend off an invasion by Canada because we're uneccessarily bogged down in Iraq. Sheesh, you guys get so lost and dumbfounded when Steele and Limpball aren't telling you what to say. Wow is all I can say, WOW. I pity you guys.

user-pic

You're saying that standing up and fighting faux is proof that's he's afraid and therefore he won't stand up against Putin? That's an incredibly stupid argument.

You may think all media except faux is liberal but except for Olbermann and Maddow they all look moderate to me. And not even Olbermann or Maddow is as left as I am. Is there anyone right of Hannity or Beck?

The air waves have been dominated by moderate to far right voices for years. Now there are two, just two, left wing voices. Maddow has only been on about a year.

Has any right wing pundit been fired for being too right? I don't know of any. But at least two somewhat left pundits have, Phil Donahue and Bill Maher. Neither of them were even far left.

The idea that the news media is left wing is simply nonsense. It hasn't been that way for years if it ever was.

user-pic

He isn't fighting fox, he's hiding from them and whining about them. He won't appear or let his staff appear and face anyone who might not be a total sycophant. You see the media as moderate because of your radical far out left wing view point. Maher is still on the air, even after championing the assassination of the VP. Other lefties include Bill Press, who was a dem party official, Juan Williams, Alan Colmes. Make a list of all the media stars and count the liberals. Far easier to count the few conservatives, in fact name one on a major broadcast network. Couric, Gibson, Williams, Stephanopoulous - no conservatives there. As to being fired for being too right, Coulter comes to mind.

user-pic

Williams and Colmes as liberals. rotflmfao. I feel the same about you as you feel about me, that you are so far right that moderates are seen as left wing by you. Its an indication of how moderate to conservative the media is that these two bozos can be considered spokes persons for the liberals. We've been complaining about them for years.

The conservatives embrace the conservative spokesmen chosen by the media. The liberals reject most of the liberal pundits picked for us by the corporate media conglomerates. Olbermann is left of center as O'reilly is right of center. There is no liberal left of him in the mode of Chomsky or Nader while there are many pundits to the right of O'reilly.

Coulter was not fired for being too right but for thinking she was too famous to be treated as an employee and for being a publicity hound trashing NRO on the cable networks. She wouldn't accept editor oversight. Olbermann does. At any rate she is still on the air in a similar fashion as she was before.

user-pic

One more thing we'll never agree on, Imo the administration is fighting faux. Its about time someone did. I'm surprised they actually came out and stated the obvious, that faux is not a news organization but a right wing propaganda machine.

user-pic

And all the other news organizations are left wing propaganda machines. Obama just can't handle the fact that one media outlet doesn't line up to kiss his butt every day. Had all the media been un biased he would still be community organizing instead of destroying this country.

user-pic

You are EXACTLY correct! We do not have a left-wing media, not even close. That's how they've been able to sway the argument for so long, they are able to just lie out their arses, because their sheeple followers are too dumb to look any deeper. It is quit pathetic.

user-pic

I'm having a hard time finding ANYONE in media who I consider a raving liberal, and I was a frickin' conservative a little over a year ago!!!

Faux doesn't even PRETEND to be fair and balanced anymore (if they ever did.) I agree that they are no longer a News station...

everyone that worked for Air America or NPR or MSNBC

There is no way someone goes from being a conservative to a fruitcake liberal in a year, unless you suffered traumatic brain injury. Conservatives favor smaller government, lower taxes, lower spending, personal responsibility and freedom, while liberals prefer a nanny state with the power to control every aspect of your life and spending all of your money they can to get themselves reelected.

user-pic

That's a very interesting caricature of liberals. Did you get that from Fake News, maybe one of their pundits? Limbaugh?

user-pic

Conservatives favor smaller government, lower taxes, lower spending, personal responsibility and freedom, while liberals prefer a nanny state with the power to control every aspect of your life and spending all of your money they can to get themselves reelected.

Please tell me you are kidding...

That's why gb had more "czars" than anyone before him, went from a huge surplus to a huge deficit, and wasted precious resources stomping on people attempting to sell LEGAL medical marijuana, and conservatives as a whole want to control a woman's decisions regarding abortion, and who people can marry. With the exception of lower taxes, and spending money to get re-elected, not one thing you said is true. The lower taxes on the wealthiest Americans, just makes it so there is no money to care for the poorest among us, and the spending to get re-elected is the ONLY bipartisan thing the Congress does.

To realize you have been hood-winked by your party doesn't require that you have a traumatic brain injury, just that you open your eyes and examine your priorities....I did, and I highly recommend it.

Is the dem party perfect, or everything I want it to be? No. Most of our leaders are "republicrats" (you can't tell them apart except from the d or r after their name)but at least the dems attempt to show some compassion in their dealings with people and the planet, while the repubs are all about greed ("I've got mine and if you are really good at lying and cheating, maybe you can, too, someday!" and pillaging the planet) and moral hypocrisy. Since we have to chose, I'll take the compassion.

user-pic

The D's and R's have pulled this nation apart for how many years now??? Jefferson knew this would happen and warned against becoming too complacent when it comes to who we allow to rule over us. Bulldog, you're a shill and don't even know it. You claim to be a patriot; however, you're following fascists off the cliff and think the rest of us should join you.

user-pic

Tell me what you would have done to NK. Go ahead, spell it out.

The most important such limit would have been on reprocessing spent fuel from North Korea's reactor to make plutonium. The Clinton administration declared in 1994 that if North Korea reprocessed, it would be crossing a "red line," and it threatened military action if that line was crossed. The North Koreans responded to that pressure and began negotiations that led to the Agreed Framework......under the Agreed Framework, the spent fuel was kept in a storage pond under international supervision.....the Bush administration unwisely stopped compliance with the Agreed Framework. In response the North Koreans sent the inspectors home and announced their intention to reprocess. The administration deplored the action but set no "red line." North Korea made the plutonium.

Allison says new reports of North Koreans' preparation for a missile launch return a spotlight to the "abject failure" of the administration's policy of "threaten and neglect" toward Pyongyang.

Council on foreign Relations

Bush should have cut the 'Axis of Evil' BS which went over well with fools of The Base like you CDB, and just continued the Clinton policy of marking limits on NK behavior.

user-pic

Oh yeah, well you're all SOCIALISTS!

user-pic

First, I don't defend everything GWB did, and he is not a conservative. Conservatives (like WF Buckley) advocated legalizing drugs long ago. You continue to equate conservatives (political) with fundamental Christians (religious). I don't care who you marry, you can marry a llama for all I care. Regarding abortion, if it only affected a woman I would support it, however it involves killing someone else and therefore it is the duty of the government to protect life. That's not a religious view, it's simply biological fact that the developing baby is alive and is human.

Regarding compassion, please save me from democratic compassion. Compassion defined as taking money away from those who work hard to earn it (the productive) to give it to those who do not (the idle). Yes, you gladly force workers to spend more time away from their families, prevent their kids from going to the schools they would like to, prevent the family from being able to take a vacation, from having nicer clothes and possessions, all so you can COMPASSIONATELY reward some leech with his money. And how does that compassion affect the receiver of your largess? They have enough to live but not get ahead. Enough to kill all ambition and incentive but remain dependent on your party. Not a new idea, Caesar instituted the dole to lock himself into power.

user-pic

Sounds like you are a rebel without a party. They way you define yourself is so far from how the GOP represents themselves as to be absurd. The religious Right has the GOP in the palm of their hands, so good luck finding a party that represents you, although I would suggest, after you have the Fox Toxins removed from your mind, you visit the Dem Party where, although some would disagree with you, they would probably let you stay.

user-pic

Until the baby breathes air, it is not a human. It is merely a gathering of cells. That is what science would consider biology. A baby old enough to survive on its own (3rd trimester) is protected as a human, so your argument is nothing more than a strawman.

Secondly, regarding your "libertarian" views toward non-redistributive governmental policy, I believe you're ignoring the fact that in our system, complete monopolies are rampant and the individual would have a very difficult time going up against these corporate GIANTS. Even Buckley's own son saw the hypocracy you guys hide behind disguised as patriotism and capitalism, knowing it is merely fascism-lite. Open your eyes dude.

user-pic
Compassion defined as taking money away from those who work hard to earn it (the productive) to give it to those who do not (the idle).

Oh puhleaze...even coming from you that is a bizarre statement.

Many of the uber wealthy do NOTHING other than call their brokers. Many others have jobs that require them to sit behind a desk and push paper. Others still (like the Madoffs of the world) spend their lives scamming the rest of us. They MAKE nothing...vs. many of the poor who work 40 hours a week doing back-breaking jobs. Try to tell me that a day care worker isn't working every bit as hard as a banker. On top of that, not all of the dreaded "idle" are idle from choice...many are disabled or mentally ill.

I am SOOOOO glad I am not like you.
