This story is 110% true: the people that she appointed to the Personnel Board in Alaska absolved her of any wrongdoing.
That should show that pesky republican state assemblyman who started that "other" investigation, huh?

Yeah, that tilted panel (3 republicans, 2 democrats) sure were a lynch mob, weren't they? And they found her guilty of an ethics violation. And who was the deciding vote against Palin to proceed with the investigation. The Republican that represents Wasilla, of course. I wonder why that was........

The Personnel Board of Alaska only had a chance to make this decision because Sarah Palin actually filed a complaint against herself. She knew what the result would be when she filed.
What is interesting to me is that the Legislative investigation, and its condemnation of her "abuse of power" was expedited (early October, I think) and released later in the day on a Friday- a time generally considered to be a "black hole" for news releases, while the pro-Palin news release was made on a Monday, the day before the election. I find the timing of Monday's release to be significant, since there will be little time for the news shows to go over the issue and compare the Legislature's findings to that of the Personnel Board. (As for the October abuse of power decision, we all saw how little the MSM examined the report and Palin's abuse of power.)
I don't think this news will make any kind of difference at this point, but the timing of both investigation's releases makes me think that the Palin/McCain people controlled the release dates, and hoped to benefit from the timing.
