My daughter has a small salon in Fort Wayne.  With yesterday's announcement of a Saturday visit by Sarah Palin, she was inundated with clients.  Fort Wayne isn't necessarily a small town but it has always had a small town feel.  They don't get much outside stimulus and a "celebrity" is big news......follows is my daughter's take on "the customer is always right"

OMG how much Palin stupidity do I have to deal with in one day????

All the women I encountered today had these brain washed psycho I love Palin looks on their faces "she's such a great lady" "she's so pretty" "what a smart woman" "I never got a chance to leave work for tickets" wahhhhh.

Of course they all wanted my opinion so the only answer I could give anyone was "I'm just glad that you're out there voting and giving your support for the person that best represents your views and opinions"

I think that was the best shitty response riddled with kindness I could think of.
Not to mention they were too stupid to get the underlining context of what I was saying....
I love you Ma for teaching me how to sound positively enlightening while still saying exactly what needs to be said.
