No kidding, its like that where my parents live in NC. The town is pretty split between red/blue but you see quite a bit more Obama stickers there then the other food store a block away.

Healthy food is expensive, and so is smoking, they tax smokers quite a bit but they subsidize unhealthy food and if you live in a poor area good luck finding a healthy food store in the first place.

Well just spreading a rumor that people are going to do that can cause a large dip. people hear that other people might sell their stock, thus if the stock goes down at all then they might sell their stock as well before it goes lower, thus making the stock go down even farther and so on.

1) No idea, it wouldnt be uncommon.
2) Yes it would, he approved of the tweet so it might as well have been coming out of his own mouth. Cant run a ad on tv with him in military uniform and say, well he didn't make the ad, though his campaign did and he saw it and approved of it.
3) Most likely nothing will be done, its not really much to fight about imo, especially if this is just a one time thing.

Not that ive seen. GPS is the only Sunday show i can stand watching. One of the reasons why Zakaria might have been more confrotational with this guy is that one of his friends who was on GPS a week or two before being arrested in Iran was forced to do a false confession. He was arrested over a month ago and for all we know is still in jail.

I just love how the conservatives are defending what the cop did. The cop goes to investigate off of the word of a phone call and sees a old black guy in the house. It should of been obvious pretty quickly that it was a mistake and then the cop should of said sorry for the inconvenience and leave the house.

Cops are supposed to be trained to handle people who are pissed off at them, which Gates had a reason to be, and arresting him in front of his own home isn't part of that training i bet.
