Obama is getting killed by these leaks and the Bush burrowed weasels.

This single paragraph from the NYT article that DNI Blair wrote in a PRIVATE INTERNAL MEMO is the main story behind this:

"Admiral Blair's private memo was provided by a critic of Mr. Obama's policy. His assessment could bolster Bush administration veterans who argue that the interrogations were an important tool in the battle against al Qaeda."

Obama and Emanuel better wise up to this. The DHS leak last week about the right-wing extremists was leaked most probably by a Bush burrowed employee, who sent it to a right-wing blogger.
