		        <![CDATA[<p>This is anecdotal stuff, but I've directly heard at least one example of this, and I've seen it on a few blogs. It seems that some (and really, it's impossible to know how many) youth/new voters are purposely bypassing early/mail voting to vote on Election Day.</p>

<p>They know all about long lines, please vote early, blah blah blah. But their thinking runs along these lines:</p>

<p><i>Something really big is going to happen on November 4th. And I want to be a part of it, by voting on that day.</i></p>

<p>I've been a part of too many campaigns where the expected youth vote failed to materialize on the fateful day, so I don't want to get my hopes up too high. But in this campaign centered around Hope and Change, I might spare a little of one word, expecting the other.</p>]]>
