		        <![CDATA[<p>Judicial experience is not necessary for SCOTUS.  It's a very different beast than a regular judicial appointment.  Hillary's legislative experience would be helpful and would give a different perspective to the one currently on the court.</p>

<p>I would be very happy with Hillary on the SCOTUS.  But that's just theoretical right now; I think we have a full complement of justices at the moment.</p>]]>

<p>I think that the Democratic party had two excellent candidates in Clinton and Obama.  The Republicans had a dreadful bunch, all McCain can say is that he was the best of a bunch of rotten apples.</p>

<p>Obama forced Clinton to sharpen her message and improve her campaign, and vice versa.  I think she probably would have kicked McCain's back end as well.</p>

<p>And while I respect Sen. Clinton, I have none for PUMAs.</p>]]>

<p>Ya know, I didn't work at this just so that we can get the Republicans back in.  I gave $$ and worked at this so that we could move away from the Republican philosophy of robbing the poor to give to the rich.  So we could no longer concede that only Republicans are competent to run the "Defense" department.  So we could have equal rights for everyone, not just the straight.  So we could guarantee that my daughters had the right to choose whether they had children or not.</p>

This was a victory for so many people in so many ways, and hopefully a repudiation (for now) of the politics of sleaze and hate.</p>

<p>I was in line with 150 other people when the polls opened at 7, then went to work.</p>

<p>I just stepped outside and it's like an Obama block party.  GOTV is EVERYWHERE!  People standing on street corners with Obama and local candidate signs, high-fiving people with "I voted" stickers... </p>

<p>Wow.  I haven't seen this kind of a mood or energy EVER.  I can't wait for tonight.</p>]]>

<p>I just got done voting - got there at 6:30, by the time the polls opened there were about 150 people in line.  </p>

<p>Wisconsin has same-day registration, so the guy in front of me who's address had changed just had to go over to another table to re-register.  Wonderful - no problem!  In most states, you're just SOL.  And our polls are open late, and if you're in line when they close you still have the right to vote.  (Or register and vote.)  I've gotta say, we do some things right here.</p>

<p>I heard on the radio that Minnesota might get 80% turnout.  Yes - EIGHTY percent!  (bye, bye, Norm!  And take your suits with you!)  </p>

<p>I hate to be a wet blanket on the McCain campaign, but I don't think he's gonna get WI or MN... :-)</p>]]>
