6-10% Dallas, Charlotte, Denver
11-15% Cleveland, Portland, Atlanta, Boston, New York
16-20% Seattle, Chicago
21-25% ---
26-30% Minneapolis, Washington
31-35% Tampa
36-40% Detroit, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco
41-45% Miami, Las Vegas
46-50% Phoenix
Note that the major metro areas of Philadelphia and Houston are not included, and there are several areas larger than Charlotte. In general, the area from Baltimore to Kansas City across the midsection of the country is not represented.
