I had the dubious pleasure a while back... Sailer used to be (maybe still is) a fairly regular pest at the Atlantic blogs and has occasionally been seen commenting on Matt Yglesias's Thinkprogress blog. He's so out-there that even the nuttier wingnuts want nothing to do with him.
