Random thought: if Cheney were to write his memoirs, what security clearance level would I need to read it?

It is likely his mother never got clearance to see Dick's 5th grade report card, despite several Freedom of Information Requests.
As for his memoirs--maybe there will be a restriction. You can pay to read them at an undisclosed location, but you can't copy or reproduce them in any way--you must sign an agreement on the exit bus to never discuss the matter again as long as you live.
