Thanks Gregor,for sharing about your Uncle Eddie. It is sad when anyone is without sight but I think more challenging at a later age. My Dad didn't quite master getting about as well as your uncle, but he still amazed me with how well he did. I think he greatest loss was not being able to watch his favorite sports on TV.

Oh Chris - I sure do identify with ghosts of the past. I just wrote of my father but I mentioned in the blog that things were not good with my mother. It took me a life time of mental instability and then counseling to rid myself of those ghosts. Thank God we both sought help. I am glad things are better for you and I pray that they stay that way. Thanks for sharing this.

Just had to write - although I still do not know everyone around TPM, I have certainly heard about and read Face's blogs. I want to say that this is about the greatest group of people I have ever encountered. First, soon after I joined up here, there was the amazing rally around DickDay and he was soon using a new computer and all of the works. Then the cry went out for money to send two fine people to the Single Pay effort in Washington, D.C. Now to help out another follow blogger. I am so very glad that Face is okay but it has to make everyone feel good that so many were there to help. Congratulations to a fine group of unselfish and willing people.
