3rd Grader Asks "What Does VP Do?" Palin answers "The VP is in charge of the United States Senate"

I am not kidding! Check out the video below. Did you know that the VP can get in there with the senators if he/she wants to and make "good policy changes"?

"The vice president has a really great job. Because not only are they there to support the president's agenda they're like the team member, the team mate to that president. But also they are in charge of the United States Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom. It is a great job and I look forward to having that job.

OMG!!!! Do you believe this? How can this possibly be real? How can any credible news agency take this person seriously. I keep waiting for the candid camera crew to jump out because this is just so surreal.

When Sarah starts slapping all those wussy Senators around like the family pig, I hope you scabby, drooling, penis-flapping crack pimps remember your misplaced sarcasm!

And weep!

BTW I said a (sort of) good thing about Mageduley in my blog today! Unfortunately, for most of the day it was (accidentally) a good thing about hrebendorf, until quinn esq decided it should be a good thing about him, and then...

I guess you had to be there.

Ms Palin dosn't seam to be doing any Slapping

The Senate might well be a good place for her Mageduly. Spacious. Security cameras. Padded. No risk to the safety of others. Surrounded by other drooling idiots.

Oops.

So true Quinn :) You certainly don't have to be a rocket scientist. If you've watched any of the senate hearings on cspan, the republicans seem to have a combined IQ of about 20.

I kind of wonder if Palin looked up the Vice President on wikipedia, saw that they are the "President of the Senate" and didn't make any effort to find out what that means.

Palin was probably strongly advised not to give the simplest and truest answer to the question of the role of a VP.

And that is, essentially, to take over if the President is incapacitated.

For Palin to reinforce that simple truth would only remind people how she is in no way even close to qualified to do so.

Thus, the dancing around the question.
