You'd have to be Homer Simpson's Spider-Pig not to notice the similarities between fraudster insurance company Reciprocal of America and Marty Frankel's Great Adventure. But, will following the pig tracks lead us to a pride in hanging women?

Marty Frankel went after the insurance industry like Pee Wee Herman went after his bicycle. It was almost comical except for the fact that a young girl named Frances Burge was found hanged at Frankel's home. Was Brandy Britton connected to Reciprocal like Frances Burge was connected to Marty Frankel?

Professor Britton, prior to her departure from the University of Maryland, was awarded a $1.3 million dollar grant from the National Institutes of Health.

The National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, is currently embroiled in a controversy

concerning it's Spiritual Ministry

Department. One person named in the controversy is Rabbi Reve Brenner. Theodore Brenner was the attorney for Reciprocal President Kenneth Patterson. (Thin, but there.)

Daniel Hopsicker says that Max Burge is connected to Wally Hilliard and a lot of strange doings in Florida. Is Frances related to Max? I don't know, but if so, that would seem to

throw some suspicion on Frances' official cause of death. As if there wasn't enough suspicion to begin with.

I stated my own suspicions in my last post about Reciprocal's receivership & how it seemed to connect to casino boats. Upon further review & research, my suspicious mind was not disappointed.

Special Receiver Michael Parker was later added to the mix. Doug Parker was the CEO at America West that made a ton of money after some government help. Also at American West was Bill Franke.

Matthew Parker was an aide to convicted Rep (R-Ohio) Bob Ney. And, Steve Parker is with Unysis who had their own little government contract scandal.

But, it gets better, or worse depending on how you're looking at it. Did we have another USA purge? Did they do the old Tennessee Waltz on us?

The USA for Tennessee was moved to the number two spot at the DOJ. Everyone was applauding the move because the guy is supposed to be a career professional. But, is the purge quicker than the eye?

The case against Reciprocal affilliate ANLIR is still proceeding in Tennessee. Is the Tennessee USA's promotion to Justice meant to take him out of the Tennessee loop? Or, to have him cover homeplate in DC?

Things in Tennessee do seem to be pretty well covered though. Special Deputy Receiver Robert S Brandt is handling ANLIR. Peter Brandt is the President of NCAE, the group getting all the abstinence funding. And, Bill Brandt of Development Specialists, was the guy that they brought to Ohio to testify that the state was going to make out okay with Tom Noe's coin investments.

Brandt's General Counsel is Kathryn Stephenson. Linda Stephenson was on the board of The Heartland Funds. Heartlands was the John Hammes swindle.

In Alabama they do even better, they actually rebuild Reciprocal and give it a new name - COASTAL!

Robert Chapman is one of the Officers of Coastal. Daniel Chapman is the Las Vegas Attorney involved with the securities fraud case that was thrown out because Bodgen's staff so horrendously blew it.

Allen Fletcher is another Officer on the Coastal board. Pardoning investigation stopper Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher anybody?

Franklin Harris is another Officer. Enough said there. Maybe not, how about a little Emery and HealthSouth securities fraud?

Gambling seems to tie into this bigtime.

The American people know that they are being screwed by Bush & friends, but once in a while you get to peek into the mirror and see how it's being done. Frances and Brandy are the advance warning of what happens to you when they're done.

Brandy Britton filed a $10 million dollar sexual discrimination lawsuit against the University of Maryland. She lost the suit, but it was on appeal when she was found hanged in her Maryland home. Her apparent suicide was attributed to her being despondant over her upcoming trial on alleged prostitution charges.

Wayne Kirwan, of the Howard County State's Attorney Office, commented on the Britton case at the time of her death. So, I'm assuming that he was involved with the case in some, way, shape or form.

The currently appointed Chancellor of the, now totally lawsuitless, University of Maryland happens to be William E Kirwan. I'll bet that they don't call him Chancellor Street Slut, or, the $10 Million Dollar Hoe.

Maryland doesn't seem to be any different from any other State in the sense that all the politically connected fat-cats end up with a plush job on the big college boards & they seem to all have their fingers in the State Lotteries & State Pension Funds. In this sense, the Democrats in Maryland seem to be very similar to the Republicans in Ohio.

The Bush/Cheney reign combined with the Erhlich/Abramoff era seemed to amplify this similarity. Maryland political bipartisanship had an erie

glow to it that said: This Is Not A Solicitation For Prostitution.

I earlier commented on the Doug Duncan/Abramoff/Tan connection, and I think, the musical chairs with Maryland Schools & construction funding. Duncan ended up at the University of Maryland.

Now, State Senator Patrick Hogan is joining Duncan on the board. Patrick Hogan formerly worked for Rep (R-MD_ Connie Morella who represented Jack Abramoff's district. This makes me ask the question: Is Senator Hogan connected to Phil Hogan

of the National Indian Gaming Commission? And, or, is Phil Hogan connected to Al Hogan at Sherman Dixie with the DeLay brothers, William & Pete?

There's something just not right in Maryland, and I'm afraid that it's going to give prostitution a bad name.

Today's edition of TPMMuckraker directed our attention to an article by Marissa Taylor that appeared in McClatchy. Her piece described how a $2 million dollar, years long, investigation of malpractice insurance company Recriprocal Of America had been dropped and the lead prosecutor replaced. And, it wasn't on Guam and it wasn't Fred Black.

Assist USA David McGuire was replaced by Assist USA Michael Gill. Informative but not earth shattering?

Derek Gill was the Department Head for alleged prostitute and hanging victim Brandy Britton. If I don't have your attention now, you must be one of those Dick Armey penis pump people.

Britton had filed a sexual discrimination lawsuit against the University of Maryland, and several employees, that included the estate of Derek Gill. She lost the lawsuit, but it was being appealed at the time of her death.

Also named in the suit was Donald F Norris. Ed Norris is the convicted Ex-Baltimore Police Chief who had a departmental slush fund for prostitutes. He moved on to the Maryland State Police under Ehrlich

and that's where he was when he was charged and convicted. The investigation of the DC Maddam soon followed.

Lance Norris was the Inspections Director, Chapel Hill, NC, who insured that the Brent Lee/Tommy K nightclub NV, repeatedly received the proper building permits.

James Vincent was named in Britton's suit and Garth Vincent is at Munger Tolles Olson with USA purge specialist Daniel Collins.

Samir Vicent was involved with the oil for food scam with Tongsun Park.

Britton's husband Isamu Tubyangye, supposedly worked for AOL. Jack Abramoff's Spy Museum Gala was to honor AOL founder James Kimsey. The Director of Community Relations was Julia Doolittle. Providing the entertainment was Daniel & Andrew Greenberg. Hank Greenberg was ousted over AIG's transactions with General Reinsurance.

Ronald E Ferguson is the former President of Reciprocal's partner in crime General Reinsurance. Guess who got $1000 plus from the murder happy folks at SunCruz? How about Rep (R-NJ) Mike Ferguson.

Adam Kidan was flying around the country in a jet that was previously used by an Illinois Governor. Nancy Ferguson is the adopted sister of convicted ex-Illinois Governor George Ryan.

The President of Reciprocal who went to prison was Kenneth Patterson. Governor Ryan, while still in office, pardoned Aaron Patterson.

Zera Horton Patterson was the Group Elder at Elohim City. Donald J Patterson is at Beveridge & Diamond with Thomas DiBagio(Luna). Thomas L Patterson is with Monroe James BanCorp where the money trail goes back to Julia Doolittle.

But, the main kicker is that Robert Buzz Patterson is with Move America Forward. This opens a whole new can of worms and will probably have to be discussed in another post.

Robert Olson, who I believe is the same Robert Olson of Munger Tolles Olson, was one of the attorneys for General Reinsurance and he too would then work with USA purge specialist Daniel Collins.

ANLIR was the Reciprocal affiliate in Tennessee, with Judith A Kelley as the CEO. William K Kelley is an ex-White House Counsel.

Not enough help? How about Rep (R-Tenn) John J "Jimmy" Duncan who got $1000 from Tony & Lisa Rudy. That sounds about right since you have Mike Duncan at GOP Chair; Don R Duncan with Griles & Wooldridge; David Duncan with convicted ex-Rep (R-Ohio) Bob Ney; Miranda Duncan suddenly withdrawing from the oil for food probe; and, Democrat Douglas M Duncan, Montgomery County, Md, taking money from Willie Tan & Abramoff. (Now at the Univ Of Maryland) There was also a Duncan with Adam Kidan's former law firm.

When the smoke cleared on Reciprocal, Alfred W Gross of Virginia was the court appointed receiver. That's nice since Les Gross was the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Stardancer Casino Boat and Marty Gross was with the Texas Treasure Casino Boat. And, we conveniently have a Wagner as Virginia State Treasurer. at the Heartland Fund & at SunCruz.

But, getting back to Move America Forward, Robert Dixon is their new Director. Duane Dixon was the Police Chief in Bellfonte, Pa, when Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar disappeared.

In a case like Reciprocal, they purge the USA. In the case of Brandy Britton and possibly Ray Gricar, they use the local and State Police as their own personal Gestapo.

America may be moving forward, but they sure seem to be leaving a lot of fraud and dead American bodies in their wake.

They should ask the AG if he knows what a noose looks like.
