DAMN IT!!! An edit function please!!!
This is a blog where readers, who aren't good at typing and aren't journalists with exemplary spelling skills, post our thoughts.
Is there any way we could have the edit function back, like the one we had at the original site? Pretty please? I'll beg if I have to...
Even just make it like a 2-5 minute window where we can edit, and only before the comment is replied to, so nobody can change the content of their posts in mid debate.
Happier users = more posts = more traffic = more profitable site

You can edit your own blog posts, but not comments you make on a blog. Blog Now, and select "Manage"---"Entries". Select the one you want, edit, then publish.

I was talking more about comments Tom. Many of my blog posts have been corrected upon 'further review' shortly after being published.

You remember the software at the original site, right? Where we could edit comments before they were replied to? That is what I was talking about trying to get back if possible.

Yes, sorry to misunderstand. Surely the old site is missed by me and plenty of others.

Before submitting comment, you can Preview which allows you to edit before posting.

You have a great point Aunt Sam...
In a perfect world it would work that way. The scary thing is sometimes, speaking about my cases, I don't catch things to the 3rd or 4th read. (:-O
