Heeeee's Back? Maybe.
The blogger Brilliant at Breakfast has an interesting speculation on the possible return of Wall Street scourge Eliot Spitzer to public life. Why David Vitter still has a Senate seat and this guy's career went in the toilet has always puzzled me.

It's a good article and I have to agree. How did the government manage to catch the minor amount of sums that Spitzer was spending on his extra-curricular activities, and completely miss Madoff, Strand, and the whole banking meltdown? Is it because the Bush administration was much more interested in witch hunts against its enemies than in paying attention to the real problems?
