This is really community organizing. Remember when a certain candidate for senator and then President was put down as a MERE community organizer.
This is an art. And to use a small cloister like Cafe, in the manner you have is to be applauded.
GREAT WORK SYNC

Bravo for the nice donation and for your hard work, Synch, in gathering all of the bus info. I hope someone can use it and get to the rally!!

Thanks Maggie,
Let's not forget this has been a group effort and many, many people here have participated. Gregor and I actually wrote the first blog together. So, I can't take too much credit but I have a passion for getting healthcare for all which the president said can only be done with single payer.
I am so grateful to everyone who helped in this effort!

Hoping to get there...maybe by the bus from Massachusetts if it is leaving from Boston and could swing through Providence.
Otherwise, have you got rally details for those of us who might be getting there on our own dime by train? Is there a meeting place? My administration is in the process of moving my department to a new building and I might be making this decision at the very last minute.
If I do get there and don't get a chance to broadcast the fact, I'm 6'7" tall and look like Santa. Say hi. If it ain't me, you'll make some other old geezer's day.

Joking that I don't particularly rawk? Well, yez, yes it was.
As for your comment, could you clarify? It seems unnecessary.

Sure.
Based on what is said here in this blog that Stilli was commenting on, it seemed that your comment was most likely a dig at me (It was not at all clear that you were referring to yourself) and I preferred that we not get into our disagreements here as they had nothing to do with the blog.
