Vitter, whose state has received $100b has problem with $14b for big 3?
Ach, seems a little hypocritical to me - your state receives over 100 billion in reconstruction aid from the gov't but you can't spring 14 billion to save 250k-1 million jobs for the automakers?
With the big 3 we MIGHT be pouring money down the drain, with Louisiana we spent the money to REBUILD WHAT WAS THERE BEFORE more or less, so that's definitely money down the drain.
On a related note, how on earth did Louisiana vote republican in this election? Didn't they learn their lesson? Wow...

Somebody must have already caught this but there is Vitter on the floor of the United States Senate saying the Dems have everything ass backwards.
That is what he had with the call girl service, I think.
What about the two senators down south who have every foreign car manufacturer in their state pretending to be holier than thou, standing on principle and basically going thumbs down against our only American car manufacturers?
Conservative Republicans against American industry--on principle.
We have to send Dems down there with a whole lot of money and organization and get rid of that hypocritical son of a ...
