Blatant distortion by FoxNews - How far can they go?

I know that it's getting more difficult to shock us anymore with the level of lying and manipulation in the news these days, but when I saw this little piece of garbage courtesy of MediaMatters, I found myself wondering what the impact would be if somehow everyone could see this one news piece. Would righties be affected at all? How would they rationalize not being affected?

Everyone who hasn't had their brains sucked out of their head by Republican propaganda knows that the FNC is the most biased information source on TV. They are propaganda arm of the GOP. Roger Ailes himself said what Fox was about when he said on camera that Fox News would fight Obama until (and, one presumes he was speaking figuratively here) the last bullet fell.
