Politics A Populist of the first order and anti-Corporatist. I love business and it should be well protected, especially the all-American small business - that is what makes us great!, not the irresponsible, non-accountable international corporations. Nothing is too big to fail. The people feeding at the public treasury today are the one who half-gainarded themselves off the Empire State Building's observation deck. I think the middle-class should not be obligated to cover these greedy c@#ksuckers' loss of paper profit. They should not see a dime of public money, Shareholders should be filing derivative suits, and these people should have to pay back every cent to the companies that were not as profitable as they claimed to get their bonuses. Congress needs exert its own power, which constitutionally, has exponentially more power than the executive, and the supreme court needs to get some members that, at a minimum, pretend to respect the constitution. Us as citizens need to get more educated and exert our own power which is considerable. We only need to look to the example of our nation's Founders like John Hancock and Samuel Adams. Surprised I didn't mention the likes of Jefferson & Washington? That's why we need to get educated, Hancock & Adams got the Revolution started and Jefferson, Washington, etc. joined the dance later.
